Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

* Return/exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn.
* Original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
* Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Order number
* Clear photos/video of the product
* Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Size Exchange

Size exchange is available subject to stock availability. The product must meet the return/exchange conditions mentioned above.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing original tags may not be accepted for return/exchange.

Refund

For eligible approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider/bank.
